Easy to use and quick camera. Cool pics!

Easy to use and quick camera. Cool pics!

I bought the Nikon L110 for the most purpose of taking footage of my 2 youngsters. they're not still subjects and therefore the L110 is doing a good job to keep up the pace with them. It pops-up in like a pair of seconds and is shooting rounds of images at max resolution (12.1). that is for speed.

Wide angle and super-zoom are within the manual. what's spectacular is that at max zoom (digital zoom included) - with no tripod - i purchase to require sharp footage. that is for image stabilization.

After ~500 pics and ~30 min of HD video, the first AA Energizer final Lithium batteries are still absolutely purposeful. No warning nonetheless.

Later edit. I took around
- 1100 footage with the first AA Energizer final Lithium (L91-FR6) batteries ([...]).
- four hundred footage with some alcaline AA Energizer (LR6-E91-AM3) batteries ([...])
- five hundred footage / recharge with some rechargeable Energizer AA 2450 mAh.
All footage were taken at most resolution and therefore the flash fired for concerning eightieth of these pics.

The stereo HD video recording beneath constant hood may be a treat. the most length for one video session is thirty minute (regardless of SD capacity) that is tight for birthday parties and similar.

Unfortunately, will be} no camera phone that you simply can slip into a pocket till you would like it. the sole recoil I will see.
I take a look at drove each Nikon Coolpix L110 and Canon SX200IS before i made a decision on Nikon. Size is that the solely advantage of the compact vs bridge, though worth is higher for that exact Canon.

L110 may be a fashionable piece of kit and an ergonomic one: I will simply operate it with only 1 hand.
The menu is de facto straightforward and intuitive... even for the female intuition... :)

All in all, a good camera and a few well spent cash.
